First off, my garmin & my 'hood hate each other. Garmin said I only went 7.94 . . . I like this calculation better (and I *knew* it had to be farther!!)! Stupid 100 yr old trees messing things up! I had 11 miles on the docket today, but only had 2ish hours this morning so I just went as far as 2 hrs would take me. Still doing the 4:2 and I feel GREAT! No knee issues. Hips feel pretty good. Only pain was the ball of my left foot (made my toes numb), so I'm not sure if that is my new shoes or what. I'm hoping to pick up the other 2ish miles tomorrow. I took my tunes this time and in honor of my running partner (who had to stay home this morning) I jammed to angry & stripper music (with some of my hippy tunes mixed in). Oh and I'm trying not to freak the eff out that the half is in 3 weeks. Frick!

    Way to go! That's great the knee is liking the 4:2 so much. You are going kick butt at the half in 3 weeks (though I completely understand the freaking out thing)!
