      Actually Iona, & it was a "porta potTY" or I wouldn't have run that far in. Have an awesome weekend all. Sitting is the most bothersome for my back & it seems worse after running, so I take care, as we're doing a lot of antique car touring this week.

      Nice Sara! Mmmmmm, chocolate covered almonds for recovery. Would have never thought of those - are they the dark chocolate ones? I have had them from the Superstore and they are delicious!

      I didn't get back til almost 1pm, had hat, probably should have had more sunscreen & fluids. Have a hard time getting up & out earlier, but I must try harder!

      Sara, I was in the same boat today. Meant to get up before 6 a.m. and woke up at 8!! One thing after another and I didn't head out till after lunch. We do what we can - you got out there which is awesome.
