  1. RUN
good ATL hotel 5.06 mi 01:00 11:51 pace

Incline up and down, pace up and down. Trying to shake out that red eye flight jet lag.

  2. RUN
good Sea Coast Relay, leg 2 3.64 mi 00:30 08:18 pace

I ran hard--pacing is still an issue; in what is probably the worst strategy ever for a race/run, my paces were: 7:50, 8:24, 8:36, 8:28. I went out way too fast, but heck, it's good to know I ... read more

Well, that first mile has some downhill in it and then you hit that hill by Spaulding Beach...and the hill to get up in to Auk Rec is no picnic. Great job!

This is the fun part for me and I've avoided it for too long! My elephant in the room is definitely the high intensity, longer interval aerobic stuff. I need to wrap my brain around it and get the job done!!

I wish it were agile, but it was definitely fragile. I was too mortified to ask exactly what she meant--whether I looked stiff or uncomfortable or what. Oh well, as I said, I didn't feel strong running last night, so I very well might have looked a little off!
