      considering how often I've run indoors this year, I'm not a fan of the dreadmill......but the miles still count, and it's better than lying on the couch. Well done, Sara!

      I usually leave by 6:30 and don't hit too much traffic until I get near O'Hare. But I take 294. $3+ of tolls each way is worth avoiding the Kennedy.

      I like it when I'm on my TM & my head goes off into space. It numbs the pain of being on my gerbil wheel. Great run for you though. Hope your week is looking up.

      Did you have another asthma attack? You poor thing! Speed work is hard, but it does get easier. I promise. Your 3rd 800 was super speedy so you have it in you. :-)
