Time and distance a bit off from what I actually did. Closer to 5.5 miles total. Felt okay. Not as much heel/arch pain as Saturday. I <3 my foam roller. Promptly had recovery with a celebratory glass(es) of wine with my wogging gals, Terri, Kim, and Eleanor. Thanks, ladies for the great night!
