A nice sunny Saturday run! I'll only go outside if the sidewalks are clear of ice since I'm such a klutz.

Got new headphones and it was nice to be back outside. The central round button on my iPod Nano broke off in my hand while running. I have no idea how/why it happened. *shakes fist in the air*

  12. RUN
good Home Treadmill 2.25 mi 00:24 10:39 pace

Short run so I sped it up. I watched some Hawaii Five-0 and dreamed about running along a tropical beach. At least I don't have to worry about sunscreen on the dreadmill!

Did you run on the beach in slow motion? Cause those miles count as double if you do them in slow motion.
