    My dad would've been 65 today, so to honor him, I swam 65 lengths, broken up into segments by my coach. Even though it was almost 9 by the time I got in the pool, I had nothing but motivation.

    Group run with team challenge. Ran 2.5 with them, 2.5 on my own. Lungs are still gunky, but it felt a lot less painful.

    This hurt a bit. My lungs are still gunky from the infection, and running is something that I am still struggling with coming back to. It just winds me so fast. Hope I keep getting stronger.

  7. Bad news: shoulder pain stopped my swimming in it's tracks. Better news: My coach is able to meet with me last week, to analyze stoke/figure out why I am in pain.

  20. Tri friends, have an 1.5 hour bike ride followed by a 3 mile run. Any good suggestions for places to ride? I've only been clipped in on the road a few times, so non congested areas would be best.
