TRX circuits done between each mile repeat. 1st circuit was mainly legs, 2nd circuit was core and triceps. Each circuit repeated twice with a mile at half marathon goal pace in between.

Easy 10 minutes running, followed by mile repeats at Half Marathon Goal Pace. After each repeat there was a TRX circuit that was done. This one was killer.
