  7. Ouch! Knee and leg area right below knee really hurting after todays workout. Frustrating considering there was 0 pain during. It's usually after.

    great TRX circuits 00:40

    TRX circuits done between each mile repeat. 1st circuit was mainly legs, 2nd circuit was core and triceps. Each circuit repeated twice with a mile at half marathon goal pace in between.
