  1. Tri friends, have an 1.5 hour bike ride followed by a 3 mile run. Any good suggestions for places to ride? I've only been clipped in on the road a few times, so non congested areas would be best.

    Woke up before my alarm, so decided to get my swim over with. So early, that I took a nap at my place before work.

    Ran to the hill, sprinted up the hill 6 times, jogged down the hill, coughed alot. Happy to have gotten both my workouts in today.

    Wanted to go outside and ride, but with the bug I didn't want to risk getting stranded somewhere so I did my workout at home. Lots of sets of fast legs, the hour went by super fast.

    One of those workouts where you thought you felt good enough to workout, until about 2 minutes after. Cut my written workout short, too much coughing.

    great Home and a loop 7 mi

    Nice, easy run home. Added a loop around Honey Creek to beef it up a little bit. Legs felt heavy around 5.2, but increasing the speed for a few minutes, seemed to get them back.

  15. Feeling ill, so I cut my run short tonight. Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day, is it a horrible idea to make up the miles in the morning?

      I had plans to run them, but I slept straight through from 8 to 6:30. I like to believe my body needed it, felt much better the next morning. Starving from not eating dinner, but not sick (which is good, because we are short at work right now.)
