    Was sick last week and took like 4 days off. Considering that I ran a 5k yesterday in 26:41, which after having my chest be congested for a week I'm not too upset with that.

    I forgot my ipod at my office so it was a tad more of a stretch to actually finish this. But I did find my ultimate speed on the dreadmill, who knows maybe we will grow to love eachother very much.
