Was sick last week and took like 4 days off. Considering that I ran a 5k yesterday in 26:41, which after having my chest be congested for a week I'm not too upset with that.

Another day, another 5. Then I did like 10 sit ups. I think I'm going to try and do a few more tomorrow because my abs didnt' hurt as bad today.
