I'm going to stop recording my lame workouts until I'm cleared for a new training plan. Looking back over this is just depressing. In the meantime, I'll be doing some form of cardio 30 mins at least 6 times a week, and body-weight strength/stretching. And trying to stay patient and upbeat. :)

    There are No Lame workouts! I understand how you feel -- been there. It sucks, it's no fun. Hang in there and do what you can do and be proud. So many people would give up, you are strong and keep moving!
