Trocanteric bursitis. Benched, again. ARGH!!! The second I'm able, I'm going to get a trainer and fix this shiz. (Hips really don't lie, apparently.)

6 miles on the treadmill . . . which required a great deal of mental toughness because, like everyone else here, I am not a big fan of the treadmill! But did it. Woo-hoo!

Longest run post-injury. Felt good, strong. Keep the pace even and didn't give in to the temptation to crank up the speed on the treadmill to get it done faster. Really happy!

Legs felt heavy at first but loosened up. Nudging up the pace a little in intervals. Slow and steady! So far my knee is feeling great, even with the increased miles.
