Had to return a DVD to the library so I decided to run it up there. Nice day for the trails. Last "long-ish" run before the 100 miler.

Every course is going to be long unless you are the front runner taking all the tangents as measured. Most marathons I pace are at least .3-.5 long (especially if theres lots of turns).about 1 month ago
