    Aimed to keep the mile repeats in the 7:40's and got them done in 7:47m 7:44, 7:45, 7:43.

      Wait, you are doing a hard long run the week before a marathon!? You crazy! Thanks for helping make the logisitics of today work out -- I can't wait to run with you again.       I'm not racing Icebreaker and am using it as a training run. So no taper and no real change to my plan. I'm substituting Icebreaker for a "20 miles easy" run.
