It was actually more like 3+ miles, but my Garmin didn't start working for two songs worth of running, so this is what got recorded.

Unfortunately not. I may just be done with running. Trying to do lots of yoga, and hopefully golf season will be here soon.

Bummer! I hope it gets better soon. Yoga and golf are probably healthier in the long run anyway. I just got back into running, but am being very cautious about it!

And what you said is exactly on point. It's not horrible WHILE I am running, but later in the day I can BARELY walk.

That is the daily plan for this week, just because my schedule is so crazy it is really all I can do. The workout itself isn't that tough, it's the getting out of bed at 5:15 am part that really sucks!

I'm not a huge fan of super early morning workouts. I always do better with midday time frame. However, you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes to get those workouts in. And, I know how those crazy weeks can be. Try thinking about your workouts in terms of OWING it to yourself. I do ... and it helps. You can do it!

I was on it like white on rice. Actually, I got in, my friends Shelley and Mike, my boss Kristen and another attorney that I work with, Matt, and my trainer Kevin. Unfortunately, my friend Mike B. (not Butler) waited until 9:49 and could not get in.
