      No!! Only 60 situps! SU are single unders (jump rope). I'm working my ass off for this Mexico trip. I hope I don't gain it all back in the five days we are there!!

    21-15-9 pushes presses at 55# for the first 21, then dropped to 50#. So lucky Wendy was there to spot me. And I'm sore everywhere but that's a good sore.

      Hey - just a thought - we always have so many kids running around, what would you think about putting the older kids to work? There are lots of fun CF Kids workouts, and we could give them one. They are usually pretty short.

    I'm guessing at how long it took me, didnt feel like timing that night. Escalating rounds 1,2,3.......10,9,......1, couldn't bear to do 10 twice, pushups, situps, jumping squats.
