    walking up and down hills and ended up completely trashing my shin :/ physio appt. Monday. Stopped at the playground and did some reverse rows on the bar: 2 sets x 9, 2 sets x 6

      CRAP. That would have been my excuse to go home and sulk rather than head for the playground.
      I'm crossing my fingers that this one will be an easy fix.
