Early morning run with Kathleen G. It had been too long & was nice to catch up on work, kids & life. The humidity & heat was not nice.


Nice catching up with your friend over all those miles. Great pace in this steamy heat. I saw an ad today for the North Face 50k in WI and thought of you! Just 2 more months, right? :)

Yes Vira! I've been studying the course description & vacillating between fear and utter disbelief. I've got my work cut out for the next 6 weeks or I may downgrade to the marathon distance Still spots left - put your trail shoes to use & join the fun! :-)
