    I took my kid to the park and ran while she played on the swing set. This was a good way to multi-task.

    I joined Forward motion running club in Danville. They go every Wednesday at 6:30 pm and it is FREE! I was smoked by the other runners, but with enough training I might be able to keep up.

      Check out the weekly track workout. Carrie and Steve have one every Tuesday morning at Cal High in San Ramon. Great bunch of people.

    My ipod ran out of power half way through, it was the longest 4 miles back EVER. No double dutch bus, no Jump around, no Bounce, rock, skate, roll, not even a little whip it. I was very sad. :(
