    Cloudy and windy morning, the sun didn't show up once today. Ran along with a friend which likes to run in a faster pace...so we ended up doing somewhere between his pace and mine.

      3 times is the most I manage too. Think you can do a lot with 3 sessions. Great run, keep up the good work juggling your time.

    It felt effortless, but my ankle was killing me. I suspect the Puma's are the reason, since they are the only pair that worsens it.
