    First atempt since the twisted ankle incident. Everything is fine when running on a straight line, but when I get to a narrow turn it hurts a lot.

      Hopefully you'll have a speedy recovery. Twisted ankles really suck - usually happen for some stupid reason and can really affect a streak you may have going on. Best of luck!
