    Plan was to run 24k@ 5:05 pace... ran 22.17k @ 5:05 pace, and then accompanied Manoj Bhat on a 20min tempo run @ 4:18 pace. Felt good after the tempo run :)

    Wasn't feeling too good throughout the run, but running with a group like BHUKMP sure does help! :) Should be a bit more regular in my runs henceforth!
