Its a good week for running...atleast on my end! Hot damn...ended up with progressive negative splits AGAIN...and didn't even try...gotta love that. Must have had a TON left in the gas tank since my last mile was almost a minute faster than the others. I think I might be faster than I give myself credit for. Perhaps I will have to start pushing the paces a bit. And isn't it funny how sometimes the right song comes on at exactly the right time? I was about 1/4 mile 4 miles when Eminem "till I collapse" came on...oh shit...its on!! Just so you all know: I'm gonna rip this shit till my bones collapse! ON WITH THE DAY!! We's got a playdate to go to later on at Imagination Station...WOOT!
