Pure Cardio - wore my hr monitor today and averaged about 165 bpm for this 40 minute workout. My max rate was 189...pretty sweet. Anyhow...about 460 calories burned...nice stuff! I'm totally pumped to be eating healthier right now and logging my food and hopefully be losing a lil weight so I can be the milf I deserve to be...HA!
