Abs/Pups streak 1
Figured it was about time I jump back in to streaking :P LOL. I'm feeling pudgy and weak, so abs/pups it is.
Abs: 25 st. crunch, 25L/25R, 25 rev crunch
**kept the amt low as to focus really closely on form**
Pups: 3x15 (girly type on knees :P)


Streaking. that sounds like double talk. I bet hubby likes that...
