      Well, to quote my wonderfully compassionate daughter, "Suck it up, buttercup!" :D........that said, I'd try a few miles to see how you feel and go from there. Shame you can't run outside...the cold weather always manages to clear my head/nose right out. Hope you feel better and haven't shared it with ME!! :)

      Sounds like it will definitely be a rest day, although...you could go buy a Stouffer's lasagna, put it in your own pan, sprinkle some extra cheese on top, and call it a day! Of course, I would NEVER do something like that ;). Enjoy the day off, and go get 'em tomorrow!

      @Corey- I think I would have over-heated with a jacket on in the basement on the tm! And I would've ended up with chaffing from the shirt! I'm planning on getting outside tomorrow for a run...can't wait to break in the jacket!! @Amy- Thanks lady :D
