Happy birthday to me! Will officially start a couch to 5K plan on Wednesday, but wanted to get in a birthday run. Modified the 1st day of C25K by reducing run/walk reps to 7 instead of 8. I haven't run in Montana am very out of shape. Walked portions of a few of the run segments that were uphill and I was breathing hard. Progress rather than perfection 🏃😊,
