      Good one Samantha. I used to run at the mountain when the gate opened at 5, go to Mountain Park Pool , swim, go back to the mountain and ride. Of course there was a drive twice but it was still a good day. Couple times a week I did my own triathlon.

      spit :) We actually use it when scuba diving as well! Just a little bit and then wipe it around with your finger and very fast rinse..sounds a bit strange, but works like a charm :)
