longest run in a while and my knee only bothered me a little starting halfway through. pretty chilly out too. spent some time stretching out my legs after but overall i feel good.

stiff but occationally a sharper pain. hurt my it band last summer- it's still stubborn.

i am going to credit oregon a lot for my new found love of running. i started in virginia and no matter the time of year i was always huffing and puffing and it felt like a chore. maybe the air is a lot cleaner here? and the bike lanes are good running lanes. i am amazed at how long it is taking for my knee to recover but i am glad i can go more than 1k now!
