    Getting late so cut my speed workout short today. But definitely a big dose of sweat. I have a lot of work to do to get a sub-2 half in May.

    Last day in North Carolina, so I made sure to get in another beach run. Watched the sun rise while I ran along the water. Such a perfect way to end the trip and begin a day of travel.

    Cross it off the bucket list! Got my first surfing lesson and am now completely in love. Got my booty kicked by the waves, but loved being out in the water. Great upper body workout.

    Climbed to the top of the Cape Lookout Lighthouse. 207 steps, or the equivalent of 12 flights. Not nearly as hard as I thought it would be and the views were well worth it!

    In North Carolina for work and got to run on the beach! Forgot my Garmin at home, so just ran along the water for 30 mins and put in a nice stretch by the waves after. So peaceful.
