    I love the Walk Away the Pounds workouts. It's been awhile since I've done one though I'm not sure why. Works everything from head to toe. :)

      I have never heard of those. Believe it or not, my biggest challenge right now is my "under-chin". I need my face to be slimmer if I want to look like my old self again! The only way I know how is to overall work out my body and it will balance out.

  6. My back (SI Joint) still not feeling 100%. I'm going to get on my bike now and do a ride anyway. My hope is to do a minimum of 5km, more if my busted up body allows, but I don't want to overdo. Wish me luck!!
