I have never heard of those. Believe it or not, my biggest challenge right now is my "under-chin". I need my face to be slimmer if I want to look like my old self again! The only way I know how is to overall work out my body and it will balance out.

My back (SI Joint) still not feeling 100%. I'm going to get on my bike now and do a ride anyway. My hope is to do a minimum of 5km, more if my busted up body allows, but I don't want to overdo. Wish me luck!!

Thanks Erika. I've been taking Ibuprofen (Advil) all day, but it hasn't helped. Hubby picked me up some Robaxecet tonight. Hopefully that helps.
