I love the Walk Away the Pounds workouts. It's been awhile since I've done one though I'm not sure why. Works everything from head to toe. :)

    I have never heard of those. Believe it or not, my biggest challenge right now is my "under-chin". I need my face to be slimmer if I want to look like my old self again! The only way I know how is to overall work out my body and it will balance out.
