Wow! Not to toot my own horn, but I did amazing. When I first got on the bike I didn't feel like I could even do the 5km I promised myself, but then I got going and things started to loosen up (and the Ibuprofen started to kick in) and I just hit it. I didn't watch my distance or time, I just started out slow and worked my way up to an average pace of 23km/h and as it turns out my busted up body cranked out a pretty good time.


WOW, you actually went further than I did for a change!! Just rubbin ya, great job, lets see how far we get tomorrow.
