I do feel good after this ride, for the most part, but had to stop because my SI Joint is acting up. I twisted funny earlier and re-injured it. Biking will help loosen it up again, but I don't want to overdo. Michael is still on the bike. He's kicking my arse tonight. LOL On a gear note: I use the Blackburn Trackstand and the Elite Crono Fluid trainers equally and I have decided I prefer the Elite over the Blackburn.

about 1 month agoThanks Erika. I've been taking Ibuprofen (Advil) all day, but it hasn't helped. Hubby picked me up some Robaxecet tonight. Hopefully that helps.
