great Trail: Dam and Back 16.5 km 00:57 10.9mph pace

Good ... I had my clip less on and couldn't get my bearings so I made Vickey trade shoes with me. After that our pace picked up and it was a great ride. Every Tom, Dick, Harry, Sally, Jane and Betty were out walking their dogs ... the trail was extremely busy, so we had to slow down a lot to go by, which affected our overall pace. My bell is sexy. Ding ding!!
