great Treadmill @ Home 4 km 00:30 12:04 pace

My legs were a little slow to get warmed up, but once they did I was feeling great! I used one of the 30 minute programs on the treadmill today and did intervals, between 6.4 km/h and 10.4 km/h (4mph - 6.5mph).

    My fastest pace yet! This puts me well under 40 minutes for 5km ... My goal is 5km in 30 minutes. I have about seven and a half minutes to shave off.

    You'll do it, and I'm sure faster than me! My goal has been to run an under 30min 5K for a year now! lol Hopefully Brantford Classic will do it for me! AWESOME JOB!!!

    I don't know either, but I do know I won't be getting any gold medals with my pace. LOL
