My left hip/bum was quite sore starting out, which is where I landed when I fell off my bike yesterday afternoon, but I kept going and it ironed itself out. I'm really pleased with my pace ... this run includes both my warm up and cool down. I ran 5.2km in 40 minutes in the middle of the workout. My fastest pace was 11.5km/h (7.2mph) and I held onto that for approximately 3 minutes, maybe a little less ... it was hard to tell near the end of that stretch; my eyes were a little blurry. LOL All in all a great run! Michael was riding along beside me on the bike trainer. :) Good times were had by all.
