    Running with Hand Foot & Mouth blisters on my feet = dumb idea. Walked, chunks. Stopped to bid on a set of book for Harry on ebay too. All around, kind of a flop.

    Lots of stopping to walk - it's a lot warmer than when I last ran. Trying to offset the fact that the other 23 hours of the day are full on sedentary.
