    Such a hard class today, but very rewarding! Started with strikers. Played with 2min intervals and stretched intervals to 10minutes long at our breathless pace

    Run cut very short due to pouring rain! Love running in the rain, but worried about my electronics :) Next time I will be mindful to leave them at home
