    I have now been in pain for almost a week, been unable to run at all, and limp when I walk. Not sure what I have done to my calves, but starting to worry about it.

    Shortly after seeing this canoe we came to a clearing where a whole family was camping and with their canoes. We sat down and watched them on the lake for over 30minutes. It was a wonderful moment.

    For some part of the trail they had been forced to set up this railing. To begin with I disliked it - but soon I stopped noticing it due to the amazing surrounding.
