    my heart rate monitor is weird. It keeps registering zero every few minutes or so. It has a new battery. I have not checked for interference so it might be that but I never had that problem before.

      Perhaps your heart is stopping every few minutes :D

      Actuallyvmyvpolar does this too until I get into the workout some, maybe it's due to the contacts not being wet enough ? /sh

      haha. It could be that. I wet the contacts before I run to test it. Works fine until later in the run.
