Did a mile alone and then met Michelle for 7. It was cold starting out!! I could have worn gloves! Ran a very steady 9:15 pace give or take. Last mile was 8:56 just because I was excited to be done. 11 was plenty today and I'm happy to have 30 in in 4 days.
