Such nice weather! Yesterday I was a post-HM slug and did nothing. Today I squeezed in 5 after a preschool thing - first day of school for my little guy is next Monday! Met James for a polo fields slog-fest. Would have liked to go a little more, but kids weren't having it today with the slightly later start.


Good days for running these days, getting a little warmer. Glad you could fit this one in, I was wishing I could be a post-HM slug the past few days but finally getting over it, those cambered roads really messed with my IT band, I think.

@Greg That race ALWAYS does my legs in for a week or two. Last year I bombed my long run the following weekend and the previous times I was limpy and ouchy for a while. Stay on some nice flat roads and trails for a couple of weeks and you'll be fine for the TP!
