Back to the Stroller! 5 mi

It's been about 2 weeks since we've done a stroller run! It was nice to be back. Ran with my friend Kim for 15 minutes - would have been longer, but we were both running late and by the time we got started she didn't have long before she needed to get ready to go to work. But company for 15 minutes is better than none! Was pretty tired for the first 2 miles or so, but then felt better by the end. Really feeling the weight these last few runs!

    Wow, how did you go two weeks without a stroller run? Isn't that your trademark workout? Nice 5. Hope you're feeling well. Registered for the River Run Half today and looked at last year's results, well darn if I don't know the person whose name appears first!

    I saw the photo as well - wouldn't call it unflattering. And I'll certainly know what to look for (though I hate how close to go time the stupid shuttle arrives).

    Nice run Salty. I love the stroller run as well. My kids never shut up, commentary the whole way! It's awesome. :)

    @Greg If you can wait a half an hour after you finish I might be there :) I will just wave if I see you before the race and you can say hi if you feel like it. I won't be offended if you need time to focus, etc. I know what it's like before a race!
