Spring Creek Canyon 10.15 mi 01:32 09:01 pace

Ran on some serious trails and some more towpath-y type trails, so super happy with this pace! First mile on the single track trail was 10:31 so rolled it down nicely. Fastest mile was a comfortable 8:29. Nittany Valley Running Club were very hospitable and awesome to plan a nice long run for their visitors! THANKS GUYS!
