So hilly and trail was weird. I ran this as part of a 20 miler when I was here 3 years ago and now I give myself credit for averaging 7:57 then. This was tough. Cooler, but really humid - 75 and 90%. Brought water and I'm sure it helped. Didn't sleep well - hopefully can go catch a nap with the kids!


Nice 8 on the hilly trails. Hope you can enjoy a nap!
