Well I'll be. I felt pretty awful this morning. Cranky, exhausted, sluggish. I dragged us all to the Y just to get out of the house. Figured worst case I'd run for 40 minutes or something, but ended up feeling really good immediately upon running. Last treadmill run 6.0 felt like not a jog and today it felt totally like a jog. Still increased the pace very gradually, but ended up at 7.6 for the last .5 or so. Had to stop at 6 because I had to pee!
