Soupy out this morning and felt like crud when I started, but by 4 got into a groove. Drank a ton and stopped to pee 3 times because I drank a ton. I have to say despite the mugginess it was beautiful on the trails. The sunbeams when it's humid in the summer are breathtaking. I really enjoyed this solo run. Still adjusting to being slow and trying not to think of how many miles I would have gotten in last year in that amount of time :)


No worries on the pace - I have no doubt it will come back quickly :) Great miles out there on the trails - sounds beautiful!

Thats a solid run. From the news it sounds like hot and nasty weather out east so good for you for getting such a great run in.
