    Hot and sunny run today :) There was a little bit of a breeze though and it felt wonderful! Feeling really strong...think I'm ready for the Stoney Creek Back to the Beach 10K this weekend.

    OMG...hardest race I've ever run, but SO fun! STEEP hills, mud, river crossing...did I mention the hills?? Can't wait to do it again next year!
