      I am seriously amazed at how you can just go out and run 21 miles without working up to it! I think I would die. Way to go. Glad you got your long run in! :)

      Well it is more dumb that not and super slow! I have this chronic foot injury that did great on the run and didn't hurt till yesterday after standing all day at work. But I ran again today...just stupidity and stubbornness!
