    Stand up paddling in the river. Note to self, pay attention to the current and wind! It took 28 mins to paddle out two miles and an over an hour to paddle the two miles back. Good workout.

    good Birthday run :) 5.5 mi

    Ran with my brother today. An easy run with some intervals mixed in. We had a nice sun shower to cool us off at the end. Afterwards, we headed to the bay for some paddling. It was a great day :)

    It was such a nice morning. Lots of people out and about. Now off to the Sandy Hook Bay where I will be attempting to stand up paddle board. Looks like a good day to learn.
