Thursday and Friday runs 9.8 mi
For some reason my legs aren't 100% yet. So, these runs were just okay. I have 2 5K races this weekend, so hopefully they will feel better. Happy Friday everyone.

Around your neighborhood. If I ran a circle around my entire town it wouldn't be 5.8 miles. We only have 12 intersections. Small town life............sigh.

My thoughts are with you Avery, but like everyone else has said you'll come out of this stronger. Yes, you will be alright Avery. It will be rough, but it will be for the best in the long run. Like you said, the main thing now is to concentrate on the children. Hopefully your spouse feels the same. more (((hugs))) stay strong.

Sorry I missed this. Hang in there, Avery. Stay strong but don't hesitate to lean on friends and family for support. You'll get through this and come out even better.
