Back in the saddle and retraining myself for a 5K. Calf muscles were a little sore, but over all I felt good.
My ankles aren't as strong as they once were, but I'll get there.
First non-cardio workout in over a year. And first 30DS workout in a year+. I am going to feel it later!
I laced my skates to tight, it was windy, and it's been far too long since I've skated that my legs/feet were not happy. It was just a crappy outing so I cut it short.
So many people. Hard to get into a running groove without bobbing and weaving through other participants.

Set the treadmill for a hills workout. Incline of 0.5 to 8.0. Includes warm up and cool down.
Leg Press: 12 @ 60 pounds
12 @ 100 pounds
Arm Extension: 8 @ 30 pounds
8 @ 20 pounds
Arm Curl: 12 @ 30 pounds ( 2 times)
Overhead Press: 10 @ 30 pounds
10 @ 20 pounds
Slower than I would have liked but it was a much needed sweat session. Followed up with the weights.
With a 0.5 incline. Now that I am done, I know I could have run faster and farther, but I logged the miles none-the-less.
